He took the time to explain what happened with the vehicle and answered any questions and concerns I had. His prices are fair and the service is great! Don't hesitate! Long story short I was hauling a load out in Sudbury, my truck left me stranded in limp mode, I called 7 different shops all of them proceeded to laugh at me and say "good luck".. I called andrews feeling I had no options, and they were extremely kind, very knowledgeable, and happy to answer any of my questions, they had My truck in fixed and out in 2 days, truth is, they are truly a shop that cares, they understood I was stranded and worked as fast as they could to get my truck fixed.
