I was away on vacation with my family and had an issue with my vehicle. After some research, I found that it was most likely something simple that was causing multiple errors with my charging and AWD systems. I went to see Dan at Nelson Automotive and he gladly stopped what he was doing to help me. He conducted some tests and reassured me that the charging system was working properly and that my vehicle was safe to operate. I know it was a simple thing for him to do but he provided me with the piece of mind I needed. This is the type of business that can be hard to find today and as the other ratings show, he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Danny has worked on our vehicle and my uncle's for years. He does a great job. And he is very helpful. He has even told me how to fix little things myself that I couldn't figure out.. I highly recommend Nelson automotive for vehicle repairs. He will have our business until he retires.???

Friendly. Did good work. Wasn't a major long wait time. Cost a little less then I expected which is always a bonus. The only thing I'm going to mention. So I've either gotta bring them in or pay for new ones... after a couple days of driving and it feeling a little weird going around corners. I realized they didn't charge me for new lugs.. I looked when I got home. My low profile summer lugs were on. And they barely cover the hole. On top of that. Every single lug on on 4 tires were loose. Put the tire iron on and with little strength needed I could loosen it with hand. Basically… read full review
