Bill and Kyler did a great job on the spray foam! Quick, clean and very professional. I highly recommend them. Next came the batt insulation team of Kate and Dave. They were also excellent! They cut the batts to fit perfectly and even used up some roxul I had left from another project, with no problem.

Great, Northern Insulation co. was highly recommended for blown in insulation in my attic a crawl space where needed. Cameron came and did a thorough assessment and I learned the reason the front (split bungalow) of the house was so much cooler was because there was only 2-3” of insulation and it hadn’t been brought up to code since 1985 as per signed card left in the attic by the last company. Code for the last five years in Ontario requires R60 (22” of insulation!) (This despite the realtor’s inspector completing a home inspection when I purchased the house in Dec 2024!)
