I just joined this dental office as a new client having moved here recently. The whole experience was 5 stars. Professional, Clean, welcoming, excellent advice and care. I have never had such a thorough check up and dental experience in my life! I now look forward to seeing my dentist. I am referring my husband and daughter now.

This was my first appointment as a new patient at Gravenhurst Family Dental, the whole staff from reception, Dr Cook his assistant ,hygienist were all professional friendly, patient during my dental exam and cleaning.

Had a wisdom tooth and a molar extracted by Dr Richard Cook and the experience was none other then top notch class at it's finest! Staff are extremely kind and comforting and friendly placing the individual at ease.
