We had over $3000 worth of repairs done on our Vehicle before we gifted it to our son. We gave it to him with a receipt stating what repairs had been done, brakes etc. Our son who is a mechanic in the armed forces told us that we got totally ripped off as he has had to fix most of the repairs stated on the receipt including all the brakes. I know people may say why did our son not do the repairs in the first place, the answer is that he lives to far away from us and we were gifting him the vehicle and wanted to make sure it was safe before we gave it to him. I will NEVER go back there again, NEVER.

Bought an F150 from Cruise in Gravenhurst. After a few months the brakes started making noise and I took it back for them to fix the brakes. A few days after the repair the brakes were making noise again. I took the truck to my usual mechanic who looked at the brakes and asked " did a certified mechanic fix these?" . Cruise had put the front brake pads on wrong, something that is almost impossible to do. It's a simple job putting in the brake pads but these guys screwed it up. I notice they now have a couple of cars for sale with " just added" banners. If they are "just added" how come the pics, which were taken at their shop, are date... read full review

Wish I could give zero stars ...... you ever see that movie Matilda where her dad super glues bumpers and wheels back onto the cars and sells them for a ridiculous price ! That is this place .. stay away .. far away
