The online hours or operations for the Grand Bend location may need to be adjusted, as one client was disappointed to find the store closed when they arrived. However, other clients have praised the outstanding experience at Perfect Image, particularly for conch piercings. The piercers are described as professional, kind, and skilled, providing a smooth and painless process. Clients have also appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the staff, who make them feel valued rather than just another customer.
