From the first time you call and get that very kind person on the phone who is very helpful to when the guys show up, great customer service. They fixed the problem and were very helpful, very impressed.
Highly recommend this company. Local and they are incredibly personable. Had a aeptic issue and they made our cottage a priority, pushing back non-essential appointments. 12 out of 10 IMHO. Brian and his son worked tirelessly with quality results. Mitch, their assistant was patient and explained their work. Our flow out of the cottage is running unimpeded once more. Many many thanks.
We had a ductless heater/AC installed summer 2021 by Brian Johnson. His men were professional and courteous and provided us with a very efficient, cost saving unit. We love it on those really hot summer days and cool autumn mornings.We also have our cottage winterized by Brian and he always accommodates our schedule as best he can and completes the job thoroughly and in a timely manner.
