Curtis was excellent! He repaired and replaced my glasses with out question. I had expected to pay for replacements but was still in the warranty period which I thought had past. Wonderful assortment of glasses invert price range. Joe Fresh to Coach! I will never go anywhere else.
You can get great deals, but good luck being able to pick them up or have them adjusted the first (or second, or third ...) time you go in. The optician is the only person who can do any of this, and there doesn't seem to be one there often enough. I've been told "sporadic hours" and "no set schedule" more than once. I've also gone when they were open according to the website, but closed when I arrived.Overall I am disappointed with the experience, and I've given them two chances (two separate orders). I would recommend going somewhere else where you are able to get consistent service.
