My front bumper was falling off. After I had my car serviced I came to Carstar to see what they could do. They were absolutely wonderful! Jordan looked at it right away and said they could fix right then and there. And on top of that, because it is Christmas time, they did it free of charge. I was completely overwhelmed with emotion, I started crying with joy. I will continue to deal with them in the future. Thank everyone at Carstar Goderich. You made my day a lot brighter.

My 18 year old daughter lost her very first car that she worked so hard to save up for to go off to college 5 and half hours away when sadly she lost it to a fire not even 2 months after purchasing it.
One of my daughters closest friends mom set up a go fund me page that Shawn Leslie (owner of Goderich ON Carstar) saw for my daughter to hopefully help her get a new car as being a student in high school at the time and working part time for cheaper insurance she only had liability and the fire wasn’t covered .
