Delicious baked goods (especially loved the peach squares). The focaccia was perfection. The hamburger buns were strong enough to hold their own yet soft enough to bite into. Freindly warm down home atmosphere. The artwork in the yard is very unique. It's definitely worth stopping
I can't eat breads with wheat. Red Cat makes a bread they call Belgian Spelt. If I could only have one bread for the rest of my life I'd be very happy for it to be this Belgian Spelt. However, I have other options at Red Cat, such as Sun Spelt (awesome for panini sandwiches) and Harvest Spelt (best French Toast you will ever have!) I'm so happy to have found Red Cat Bakery!
