“At first the owner/operator Erik said my job sounded too small for him. I'd heard that too many times. Some said they wouldn't fix other peoples mistakes. Those were exclusively windows places. I needed siding! The window people From Advantage Enterprises (yikes) installed the wrong colour windows as Vladimir the salesman made me sign 4 pages initialing more wherever it said SABLE. THEN WE GOT WHITE. My house had a rusty brown wooden siding in between the top and bottom bay windows. They said it was falling apart as asked if they could fix it. I said sure I still hadn't seen the white so the metal cabinet that meets in the middle. It wasn't just a shock it WAS hideous. I begged them to come back and paint it sable. But they never returned my calls & no address that worked. For 7 years we dealt with it slowly rusting opening up the seam. We finally decided go get siding put in like every other house. After all the Nos we dont do that. I asked Erik if I could send him the pic of my window and the bit over the garage. He saw its bigger than he thought. He came over and he gave us a price on the high side but it was still doable. 2300.00 a lovely older guy who I gave my old ladder to, made a scaffold out of a board and 2 ladders Lol. Lovely married couple. Only took 3 hours tops and they even took down that broken light fixture. Its simple you GET what you PAY for. “Ages ago, I got a bay window on main floor and a basement window below it. I was really impressed with the team's workmanship and professionalism. So when it came time to replace every other window in my home (yanking out "competitors" cheap junk windows that didn't last), it was a no brainer to call upon Comfort King again. I even replaced a terrible patio door.Once again, the Office staff and installation crew were great! Proper foam insulation (something that escaped their "competitor" with my old windows) around their windows after installation. Trim installed beautifully, despite one being a tad awkward (due to my request) and they happily delivered exactly what was needed.I now have the most beautiful, low maintenance and soundproof windows ever!
