I reached out to White Trillium for an investigation into a structural observation with my garage as there were signs the garage was moving. I connected with Sam, who very passionately explored possible causes, reassured me, and outlined next steps for further inspection and repair. Sam from White Trillium Structural Services was a truly fantastic engineer . First , he was enthusiastic about helping us. He took the time to listen to us and he was very empathic to our problems . He came three times during winter days to study our foundations , our cracks , test the cement hardness. One day it was windy and blistering cold but did a thorough job. He did work extra and wrote a very detailed report . He did consult the post company and our contractor.
His recommendations are based on sound engineering calculations and fairness . His solution will solved our problems of settlement of our house for sure.
