After weeks of searching many hardware and plumbing stores in Ottawa with no luck in finding a pop-up drain cylinder, I finally found exactly what I needed at The Electrical and Plumbing Store. The price was right and the person behind the counter had excellent customer service skills. One certain store in the west end suggested I needed a whole drain system for $92+tax, not so! I highly recommend the The Electrical and Plumbing Store.

I have been dealing with both locations for years, and they always do a great job in aspects of thier business. I have have had a few problems not their fault mine, and they still went above and beyond.
Most recently a situation with a Grohe tap. Raf (in the East End location) did an outstanding job, and I felt more like he truly cared about the situation. I would like to thank the entire team and a 10 out of 10 for Raf.

The EP Store is amazing, and I would give them 6 stars if I could. Their staff is not only knowledgable, but they're kind and they stand by the products they sell. A few months ago I purchased a toilet at this location and recently had plumbing issues. The plumbing company I worked with suggested the issue was with the toilet, but EP wanted to make sure and offered to send someone to check it out at no cost because they really believe in what they sell to their customers. In the end, the issue was not the toilet, and with the support of EP, I was able to get to the bottom of the issue.
