Excellent products at competitive pricing AND customer service. We recently renovated our master bathroom and after all was done, we noticed that they gave us a slightly different shower system. Boone/Mondeau stepped up and offered to do whatever necessary to make it right. A full refund of the shower kit or come and remove the valve and install the proper one. As the issue was cosmetic only we chose the refund.

Reviews
Georges was very helpful. I sent him pictures of a bathroom faucet that was missing the drain stopper. He identified the tap and sent me the contact information for Moen. I contacted them and they will send the replacement parts under warranty. Great customer service from all!
Georges Semira is a valued member of the team and has made a positive contribution to the store’s success. I look forward to seeing their continued growth and development.
