I called late Saturday night and he was there Sunday am. Another large company had quoted us Thursday as their next available timing. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Explained the problem to me, the repairs done and how to monitor if anything problems with the outlet in the future, gave great advice for surge protection option for my home in the future if I am interested. Highly recommend Home Town Electrical. I called Justin for a very straightforward switch replacement, and in doing the work, he noticed a very dangerous situation with my electrical panel (a screw had been drilled into the back of it by the previous owner causing short circuits!). He prioritized replacing the panel, worked a VERY long day getting the work done perfectly, and also fixed up some other shoddy work from the previous owners that, thanks to his professionalism, he could not let stay. He was polite, on time, and the work was reasonably priced. Total lifesaver.
Justin fixed a couple of sparking switches in my house and did an amazing job. He’s super friendly, knows his stuff, and you can tell he really cares about doing things right. Prices were fair and I love being able to support a great local family business here in Ottawa. Definitely recommend!
