A great experience overall; Garry was able to accommodate an emergency call on a Saturday evening in February to troubleshoot and repair some troublesome electrical work in our kitchen that suddenly and unexpectedly kept tripping our panel and knocking our lights out. I called late Saturday night and he was there Sunday am. Another large company had quoted us Thursday as their next available timing. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Explained the problem to me, the repairs done and how to monitor if anything problems with the outlet in the future, gave great advice for surge protection option for my home in the future if I am interested.
