I had First General Contractor to re do my basement due to water, the management of Graham, Adam and Jamie were excellent to give me details of what kind of work would need to be done and prices. I am extremely pleased to work with Luis from First General to work on my house due to a water incident. It couldn't happen at a worse time. I just signed a lease and then the water leak happened. Luis proactively provided us the support and scheduled the project to be completed in less than 2-month time, before the scheduled tenant moving in.
