We looked at various companies and obtained a couple of quotes.
Bytown was an easy choice. Their salesperson Jason A was very informative, thorough and patient, with excellent communication throughout the entire process, even post install.
This professional, quality approached carried throughout the entire process from installation to final product.
We are very pleased with our vinyl fence!
We had a great experience with ByTown when constructing our PVC fence. A huge part of that was thanks to Kurt. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning—patiently triaging every issue, offering clear guidance, and never once trying to upsell or push anything we didn’t need. He genuinely had our best interests in mind.
What could have been a stressful, overwhelming process ended up feeling smooth and manageable because Kurt took the time to walk us through each step. His professionalism, honesty, and calm approach really made a difference in what was a major investment in our home.
Great experience from sales to installation. Appreciated Kurt’s advice. Our installers were great. They communicated all steps, and kept the property clean throughout. Would recommend.
