Excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful tech. Was treated like a customer should be treated - with respect and given all information regarding the running, repair, etc. of the A/C unit and thermostat, sensors. Prices comparable with other companies for the same services. Will call them again.

Broken AC - prompt/quick response for service. Repair person efficient in identifying problem and replacing broken piece. Clean and polite. I would recommend Advanced HVAC to others.
