Just spend the best hour + time ever spent reviewing Mikes inspection. I already own a 24 unit commercial building and had Mike review a new potential building purchase. T
He was so thorough and so detailed !! Some potential buyers might feel discouraged by his assessment , but most of his recommendation are an easy $20-$100 repair which might save the future purchaser thousands of dollars if an incident occurs. Cannot say enough good things about this company and Mike! He just completed our second home inspection in three years and I would never book or recommend anyone else! Super knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and calm ...we just felt so safe in his hands and know the purchase we made is the right one.Outside of the super detailed report he gives you, you will also gain such valuable knowledge about the home you are buying and he will break it down for you in a way a non handy millenial like myself will get!
