He was so thorough and so detailed !! Some potential buyers might feel discouraged by his assessment , but most of his recommendation are an easy $20-$100 repair which might save the future purchaser thousands of dollars if an incident occurs. He looked at everything!! And some mate suggest as I read above discouraged purchase…. I was not discourage at all.
