I had a great experience with Mark as our agent. He was very friendly, caring, honest and genuinely wanted what was best for our family. He was always available when we needed him. Our search wasn’t easy but we wouldn’t of been able to find our new home without him. I would recommend him to anyone needing a great agent! I’d give him more than five stars if I could.
I bought an old church through Gerry Hudson a couple of months ago. Most agents can't be bothered spending their time on such low-priced properties, in my experience, but Gerry put in as much time and energy on the sale as if it was a million dollar property. I met him around 3pm and he took me to 3 churches for sale that day, never rushing me. We didn't finish writing up my offer until midnight! He gave me good advice on writing my offer and explained everything on the many forms patiently. I wish I'd taken a video of him ringing the church bell that day!
