Leeder Monuments

In 2020, my mother had a monument started by Leeder when my father passed so that it would be used for her as well. When the time came (too quickly) in 2024 to bury our mother, we of course contacted Leeder to complete this but now regret it.
Without our approval, they etched in her years (and it didn't even line up with what was already there.)
In the meantime, I was going back and forth via email with drafts with Leeder from March to May until I was asked to call them to discuss. It took another month of trying to connect via phone (I tried a few times), for them to let us know of their error.

Beautiful work, excellent service, and very quick turn around (even with COVID delays). The whole process was easy thanks to the dedicated team. Blown away at how well the artist captured the images.Highly suggest this business. They turned a difficult purchase into meaningful memoriam for our loved one.
