Wanted to say big THANKS for yesterday's service. Terrific experience, from start to finish, including very friendly vehicle pickup and drop-off drivers at my door. How convenient is that? Also, much appreciate the tire rotation... did not realize this was included as part of the oil change, and came as a very pleasant surprise. You folks are the best, will not go anywhere other than Gan Chev for service on my Cadillac from now on!
Kyle Hodge treated us as valued customers. He gave us his full attention, he was very thorough during the trade-in/sale details, and the outcome was a complete success. What more can you ask for? 5 Stars Kyle!
The best place to buy a brand new car in Gananoque. The sale manager Doug is a true gentleman just like the rest of his team. For a great experience with Chevrolet and Cadillac experts, it's the place to visit :)
