Elden Lee did an inspection on a house we were looking to buy and my wife and I were really impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He spent 3.5 hours going through the entire house and cottage and discussed everything in detail until we were completely satisfied. He gave suggestions on how to best maintain the property in a cost effective manner which set us at ease. I will definitely call him up the next time I need an inspection.

I hired Homespec Home Inspections Services back in 2020 when I purchased my home. Elden Lee was professional and very thorough during the inspection. The way he explained and articulated how the home works was so easy to understand..It made my life a lot easier when i took over the home. The last thing he mentioned during the home inspection was that if I had any question to contact him anytime...and he did promise his words. I never bothered contacting him until 1.5 yrs later when I had questions about my sump pump. He took his time and spent over 40 minutes on a phone call to help me out.
