You’re going to feel like you won the contractor lottery if you get this company to do work for you. They put the humanity, pride, and exceptional work back into an industry that is full of crooked corner-cutters. Jay made the impossible possible for me with a circa 1834 2-storey carriage house that was a few seasons away from collapse.
I initially contacted him about replacing the roof in hopes of slowing the deterioration, but he explained how it would cost me more in the long-term to put a new roof on a structurally unsound building, and then he worked with me to make it financially possible to restore it.
