If you are looking for a home inspector in Fort Erie, I highly recommend reaching out to Shawn.
He is incredibly thorough and clearly knows his stuff, but what really sets him apart is his communication.
Shawn doesn’t just list issues, he takes the time to explain the unique features of the home and provides a realistic outlook on what to expect regarding repairs.
He makes the complex parts of a home easy to understand, which is invaluable when making such a big decision.
