I had a good experience with this shop. I brought my car in with a tricky issue, and even though it took a while to diagnose, the team stayed with it to the very end and made sure it was fixed right. They were incredibly helpful, did a good job, and didn't try to overcharge me for the extra time. I really appreciate their honesty and dedication, and I highly recommend them!
Rodney at Niagara automotive is awesome. We've used him for years on different types of cars, he gets us in and out quickly. He's very fair at pricing on anything he's fixed for us. Don't think you'll be disappointed Bill and Sher Benz
Called for a quote on a repair because I went somewhere else to see what's wrong with my vehicle. They were so kind and courteous. They looked at my vehicle and told me what was wrong. The desk assistant actually looked at it herself. I felt very respected and seen. I was not being taken advantage of and they spoke to me like we are equals. The other place was demeaning towards me so this was refreshing and appreciated. Definitely recommend and will be back!! Thank you so much for treating me so kindly and respectfully.
