I was left POA of my aunt who recently suffered a stroke and will not be in a position to return home, but will be in a nursing home. In order to afford the home, I had to declare bankruptcy for her. I has the pleasure of working with Rachel who provided me with the highest level of customer service and empathy for my position of POA.
