I have been going to Anna's Nail salon for a few months now and the quality of work and service has been seriously declining. many rushed appointments, care not taken to prevent injuries. Then on the 5th of August, my daughter paid for her and I to get a full set, she paid over $150 for all the work. 3 days later her nails began to fall off. all of them were gone before the end of the week. One of mine broke off so bad it took some of my real nail from my nail bed. When My daughter went to show Anna what had happened and ask for a refund. My daughter was told she was lying and was accused of having them removed at another salon. Also as my daughter was waiting to be picked up Anna continued to speak badly about her to the patrons in the shop. Due to this rude and unprofessional behaviour neither my daughters or myself will be returning to this shop again. I will also be encouraging my friends and relatives to take their business elsewhere.

My daughter and I had our first visit to Anna’s this past Friday. No appointment as it was a last minute decision. We waited only a minute or two until we were seated at the pedicure chairs side by side and enjoying the foot soak (with the first bubbles since Covid hit) Honestly it was amazing. The massage chair was the best back massage ever! For me, the foot/back massage is the best part of a pedicure. All the staff were very professional and we got the perfect colours when it came to polish. 100% recommend, and worth the drive from St. Catharines.
It was an okay experience. They fit me in when I didn’t have an appointment. My sister had an appointment and I went with her and asked if they can do an acrylic set on me and they squeezed me in which was very kind of them. They made sure I got the colour I wanted we swatched four different colours until I found the perfect one. It was overall a okay experience other than the acrylic on my pinky finger was put on crooked, and my nails were all different sizes and shape. For my two ring fingers, one nail was super pretty, amazing shape. I loved it but the other nail on the other hand was short and small and had a different shape than my other hand.
