It's been a few years now, and they've always come through for my old cars. Once I lost manual shifting while driving 401. Ted started diagnosis remotely while I could only picture being stuck if I had to stop or believingit was the clutch. He found gravel obstructing the linkage.If it's ever not fixed right, I find they correct whatever is missed without charge.
