Seniors on the Move are a caring bunch. Dianne, behind the scenes, handled things expertly. Fawn came to estimate and she led the moving crew who made me feel cared for. It is a tough time moving, especially with the reasons seniors may have. They were sensitive and went the extra mile to set up things I couldn't do myself. I recommend them wholeheartedly and would have them pack my things if doing it again as this is one of their services. Fantastic. Five stars for sure. More if I could. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Hiring Seniors on the Move was our best decision! I was in the process of moving my Mom out of her home, after 26 years, into a retirement home when she received a good offer on the sale of her house but they asked for a 3-week closing date! Impossible … not with Seniors on the Move! Juanita met with me, made a plan that worked for everyone, and within a week my Mom’s house was totally emptied by the amazing SOTM team! Everything was completed exactly as discussed, even to the point where they confirmed items discovered during packing that we hadn’t talked about, as they thought they might be important to us! It was so nice to see that during such an emotional time, my Mom was happy that SOTM donated everything they possibly could (aha even a cold cellar full of Quality Street tins) … all her special belongings, that she didn’t have room to take, were now going to be appreciated by someone else! SOTM took all the stress out of a stressful process for both my Mom and for me … huge sigh of relief and much thanks to a great team that truly cares about their customer and takes pride in doing a great job for the homeowner!
