“I have been going to Kait since 2016, back when I was just 16 and since then I have never felt the need to go to anyone else ever again!! Not only has she always been so welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the very start, but she actually listens and learned what I like and what I want with my hair. She is extremely knowledgeable and I pretty much always just go in and give her a general description of what I might want and she always NAILS IT. I don’t know how it’s possible that she takes my extremely vague and weird descriptions and knows exactly what I will love and what I mean but she does it!! And if I’m not sure, she will talk to me and make sure I’m getting what I really want, especially cause I change my mind on what I want every few months! I have always gotten so many compliments on my hair and always recommend them to go to Kait and they always having nothing but positive things to say about their experience and keep going back!! Also, her prices are so incredibly fair which is amazing since in Niagara so many people overcharge like CRAZY and you won’t even get close to looking this good!!
