We were originally with another large reputable company in the Guelph area that is very well known. When it came time to our regular servicing of our equipment, furnace, AC, fireplace, and Generator. Our old company told us that our AC needed to be replaced and that it was freezing and that if the line froze, it could take down our whole furnace and then we would have to replace both. They told us not to use our AC and set up an appointment for a quote for a new AC unit. It was the middle of a heat wave and out of fear we followed their directions and did not turn on our and suffered through the sweltering heat wave.
This was my first time dealing with Motion Electrical and have to say it was a great experience. We had an overhead wire taken down by a tree limb and some urgency in getting it back up. Ryan Pope and his team were extremely helpful and had the job completed the same day. It’s rare to receive this type of excellent service in these busy times. I highly recommend them.
