Excellent in every way. Joseph goes above and beyond expectations. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. He discussed the project, hardwood flooring in the master bedroom which adjoined the living room, with my husband and delivered the materials as promised. His flooring installer, Steve, did an outstanding job. Sadly, my husband passed away in hospital during this period. Joseph and his staff put everything back in place. They even made the bed.

I just had my stairs carpeted by Joseph Flooring, and I am so impressed- they have earned their 5 star rating! They were responsive to inquiries, worked very quickly, and had great communication through the entire process. Their office personnel Natalie is lovely to work with as well. They did not leave a mess and paid great attention to detail! Would gladly work with them again in the future :)
