I cannot say enough about this business. Customer service exceptional!! You can be guaranteed you and your safety are put first. I have had a couple very serious and expensive issues with my dealership service and completely lost confidence in car maintenance. No matter the issue, Brian resolves it. My family has been taking their vehicles to Clarence's for 25 years. Brian and his team are exceptional! Always fair. It is such a nice feeling to be able to trust your repair facility completely. Recently we had to take a vehicle to a dealership due to some proprietary test equipment that only they had. They told us that the engine needed to be replaced at a cost of $4900.00. We brought the car to Clarence's for a second opinion and ultimately, a lower cost engine replacement if actually needed.
