We got a recommendation for CW Property Solutions from a coworker regarding a driveway (gravel) face-lift. We recently purchased a home and have been tackling project after project, one of which we thought would be having to get fresh gravel for our parking area. After reading more about this “face-lift” option, we decided to give Matt and Jen a call to learn more and get some pricing. Matt showed up the next morning, machinery in tow, ready to get to work. We were amazed at the transformation and even more impressed by the savings! The results far exceeded what we expected from just a gravel refresh. This afternoon, we discovered our sump pump was on the verge of overflowing after all the heavy rain in the last 24 hours. We were scrambling to figure out what to do, posted on our neighborhood Facebook group, and got connected with him right away. Matt arrived in under 30 minutes and went above and beyond! His quick response and resourcefulness saved us from what could have been a very expensive basement repair. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also took the time to show us how to handle it ourselves in the future if needed and shared helpful tips to prepare for upcoming storms.
