This is our second installation of North Star windows for the remainder of our original 30 year old windows- 9 windows and one slider. The team of Melissa in the office and Jason on the installations couldn't be better. The quotes were competitive so great value. Using a local business it was convenient from start to finish to get ideas and finalize the window selection. They were very flexible about our timing and convenience for installation. The install team is very efficient and competent . Cleanup is exceptional. When they leave the job, the windows are installed, jams are replaced and trim reinstalled. We recently had 6 windows replaced and last year had 2 doors replaced. Melissa and Jason are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The fella who helped Jason do the installations (I didn't get his name) was also super nice.We will definitely be back to have 2 small windows replaced and our patio door next year.The only reason I gave a 4 star rating (rather than a 5 star) was due to delays on both installations.
