I have a Northlander and overall, I'm quite happy with it. They could have offered me options to upgrade the bathroom exhaust fans (so noisy) and I requested a propane fireplace instead of a modern-looking electric glass/coloured rocks one. Again, I wish they offered that I could have upgraded the logs inside and the fan quality (again, extremely loud). Also, the furnace/A/C... so loud. These noisy appliances detract from enjoyment of my unit. The flooring... very cheap, doesn't wash well and is so easily damaged. These things have been very disappointing 😞

I cant speak for the product they make but as a driver delivering here, they are fast and friendly. I'm sure their product is as good as their work ethic and professionalism. Note anybody delivering product from Elkhart, the dock you back into you'll need to lock your diffs to pull out. (Especially in winter)
We're new to trailer homes so we popped into the office for help. Although our trailer is not a Northlander these people went above and beyond to help us with our problem. I would definitely buy a Northlander product knowing they are generous with their time to help anyone. Thank-you for everything you did to help us yesterday.
