Initially we weren’t sure what to expect but Boris was great and he helped identify a major issue in a home purchase which was a buried oil tank on a residential lot. The current owners didn’t know it was there because it had been buried for decades. We came back with a shovel and located it and learned it still had oil in it. The more we learned about this issue the more we learned we avoided a major risk and liability by being able to protect ourselves in the purchase contract.
