I have brought my car to Beacock's several times. Each time, I trust that they will identify the problem quickly, get my consent for the work, and do the work at a fair price. I have spent time working through solutions with them to figure out the best order to do the work to keep the cost affordable for me. I trust that they will only do what needs to be done and do it exceptionally well. I have taken my car elsewhere and had a problem misdiagnosed, was charged for work that it didn't need, and was sent out with the problem still there. Beacock's identified and fixed the problem quickly. I won't be going anywhere else again.

Fantastic and timely service not to mention great people. Had a vehicle that’s been sitting for 3 years decided I wanted to put it back on the road and drove it for 4 months before issues from it sitting started popping up. Transmission oil cooler lines rotted and they were changed within a day of dropping it off, then it was explained that them rotting might have messed up my trans which was correct cause after 2 months my trans blew out. They managed to source a new one replace it and have it back to me within 3 days. Then another issue I was having with my heating apparently my coolant had thickened up ? and air filter was shredded. When I taught at EDHS I always brought my car to Beacocks for servicing my vehicle. Yesterday I found my Audi with a low oil light on so I immediately pulled in to Beacocks for help. The owner, Mark, came to my rescue not only putting my car up on the hoist immediately but giving me options of topping up my oil or doing an oil change (my car said it needed to be done in 400 km). After they did my oil change they got me on my way. The entire staff were so helpful and friendly.
