AMAZING service. Brad really cares about the client liking the product. He recommended an amazing pair of sunglasses, brought them in, and even heated them to make them fit perfectly! I was honestly super impressed. A++ experience.

Brad and the assistants went out of their way to help me and my daughter find aglasses suitable for us. They were very patient, friendly and helpful while we tried on a ton of different glasses and Brad was always available when I needed adjustments. They went above and beyond to help us out. I’m very pleased with the friendly service I received and appreciate it. Thank you! ?

The Small town, personal touch was nice. The gentleman (owner?) personally attends to the fitting and taking the measurements. They helped me find, and special order, what I was looking for. The lady (saleswoman?) helped me find a second pair which was an impulse buy, but something I was VERY keen on.I had a problem adjusting to my lenses. They both bent over backwards and ended up changing them all together under warranty.They seem to have a genuine concern for customer service.They only “con” was the turn around time, it seemed a bit slow, but, I’d always rather wait for perfection.
