Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre is a local healthcare provider that offers blood work and other medical services. While the staff are consistently friendly and provide good service, the facility faces challenges with long wait times and limited operating hours. Patients often have to plan around the centre's schedule, as it closes early and can have delays in processing results. Despite these issues, the community appreciates having this resource available, even when the centre is short-staffed. Overall, Dynacare strives to provide quality care, but could benefit from expanded capacity and online appointment booking to better serve the local population.
Staff are always so friendly and give good needle! If booking online is available, I will do that, and if not, I go in and book my appt. If they are busy, I'll do groceries and come back. Very few times I have to wait. I do wish they could stay open later as our Dr. appts are often only available when they are closed. But then folks who are fasting and need to get in early would be put out.Unfortunately they just don't have the staff to be open such long hours. We are lucky to have this in town, even in times when they are short staffed. Patience is key.
