I have worked in the service department in a couple dealerships, and I can tell you there is the good, bad and ugly! I started going to Marks a few years ago upon the recommendation of a shop owner who retired and sold his business. I take my car in there as recommended for upkeep maintenance and I never worry about what has to be done as they go above and beyond. They look after me, if I need parts out of regular service Mark takes the time to make the calls and gets the best deals! The mechanics are honest, efficient and check beyond the service the car is in for to make sure all is good with my vehicle! I have recently moved but will continue to bring my car to Marks, finding a reputable Service Centre that is honest and works for your best is very hard to find!
