I booked my car in for an oil change and an inspection. The staff were very nice and polite. One thing I would have liked to know beforehand is that an oil change includes all fluid top-ups, so it helps to be specific when requesting a service.
As for the inspection, when I came to pick up my car I was told they didn’t fully understand what I was asking about. For the future, a quick phone call would have been appreciated so I could have clarified what I needed checked.

Great service from a very knowledgeable mechanic, reasonable pricing and I highly recommend this shop.

**Update** Clint, Kate and the team at Lawrence Automotive have been servicing our vehicles for 6 yrs since I first posted a review. They have taken care of virtually every vehicle problem I have had with courtesy, patience, timeliness and a level of workmanship second to none. Add to that the reasonable pricing and it is easy to see why I stand by my high recommendation of these automotive experts.
