From the point of consulting with Haim about the quote to the point of installation the process was very simple and smooth. Installation accured three weeks after signing contract and went very well of the front door.Pricing is also competitive compared to other quotes. They are not the cheapest but they know what they are doing and real professionals.We recommend.

We had a great experience with Arcana. We had all of our main floor and upper floor windows replaced and went with Arcana. Their estimator was professional and answered all of our questions. The crew that installed the windows did a great job, thorough and efficient, and the crew lead was friendly and informative. We had a few questions and a request after the job was done, and the Arcana rep, Dmitry, was right on it... we had the documents soon after we hung up the phone with him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arcana. Great work and very reasonable, price wise, when compared to other window companies in the Hamilton area.

Jay, Sales Mgr was great to work with, I was not sure of what kind of window to install. Jay came to look, measure and suggested an awning window. The installers where amazing, they were very polite installed the window and left no mess. "
