My furnace died spectacularly on a Friday night in the winter. House was freezing. Someone showed up in just over an hour. They didn't have the part needed, but he went above and beyond to try to source one locally through his supply contacts. It ended up having to be ordered monday morning, but I was kept in the loop the whole time, and it came in Tuesday morning and was replaced by Tuesday afternoon.They exceeded my expectations with how fast this problem got fixed. Huge weight off my shoulders, fantastic service ?

Propane furnace stopped working a few days ago.... technician was here in less than one hour , got the furnace restarted and has been running good since.Prompt knowledgeable service. Totally professional !

Was extremely helpful and professional when we needed furnace repairs after the company we bought from decided to no longer service them! Found ourselves a keeper in Superior plumbing and heating!!!
