Jeanette is amazing. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. She will even call long after to see how we are doing and if there is anything we may need. Jeanette is easy going, funny, and very professional. She makes the place comfortable especially when asking to borrow money can be awkward.

Was a quick process which is always a plus for me. Jeanette was extremely helpful in laying out what I had to do in order to build up my credit. Saw only one review on here and thought I'd chime in for the great customer service I'd recently received from Fairstone.
