Making an appointment is a nightmare, weird system even if you walk into the clinic to make the appointment they tell you, to call on the phone, foolish... the line always busy, poor service.

finally got through to clinic administrator who booked appointment and sent results to me of some tests..first review was not so pleasant as I was getting nowhere but edited to reflect happiness now moving forward..thank you!

finally found Dr. Brad Latimer who you are lucky to have. He is one of the most proficient and caring doctors I ever had the pleasure to experience. in my 70 years sorry that he left Ottawa he deserves the best
