Kevin, the owner of Houard contracting is the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. About 8 years ago he salvaged my 1873 old schoolhouse in Napanee. I had been cheated by several other contractors who didn't know what they were doing. Kevin came in and took ownership of the job. He fixed all the mistakes made by others and finished the project under budget. Take a drive by: 212 Camden Rd. Napanee.
