Dr. Sue and Dr. Wilkinson are highlighted for their skilled care, with one patient being saved and another made comfortable during their final weeks. The office manager, Karla, is also noted for her excellence. The only suggestion is to make the burgundy sign more visible from the highway. Overall, the hospital is highly recommended for its compassionate and effective service.
From the moment we arrived, I can't say enough nor have the words to express our appreciation and the compassion this entire team showed us. We arrived without an appointment and not being patients of this vet clinic at 8:30 am. We were seeking urgent care as our baby girl was not well. The staff warmly greeted us, took care of us, and explained what they were doing with each step and what they were looking for. We unfortunately had to let our girl pass over the rainbow bridge due to the extent of her illness. What a refreshing experience!! Thank you for taking great care of our pooch and actually listening to our concerns and the lengthy list of symptoms. We left feeling like we are on the right track!! Highly recommend if you want to feel like an actual patient and not just a number!!
We lost our loving fur baby today. I can not tell you how well we were looked after at Big Creek Veterinary. From my frantic phone call to the end we were treated with kindness and compassion. Thank you Dr.Mindy and Dr. Sadie and all of your staff. You made horrible better. ❤️
